Notification, for which approval has been obtained under the re-ions of the foreign countries concerned, as specified in the Notification;
d)In the case of transportable radioactive articles where radioactive matenals, etc specified in the Notification as siich materials, (for which specific measures to prevent the occurrence of crttical coeditions are necessary, are contaiiied or pacleiged (lieremafler to as "nuclear fissionable transportable articles"): to obtain confirniation of the Minister of Transport as specified in the Notification, before loadiug, as to which classification of nuclear fissionable tiaportable articles said trirportable radioactive articles come under as specified in the Notification, according to the limits on the quantity (a number specified as the limit to the quantity of nuclear fissionable transportable articles which may be accumulated at one place)which nuclear fissionable ~portable articles which may be accumulated at one place)which may be carried and the method of disposition in accordance with the Notification;
e)In the case of BM type transportable articles, BU type transportable articles, or nuclear fissionable transportable articles: to obtain the confirmation of the Minister of Transport as specified in the Notification on their conforimity with the staidards (except for the technical standrds concerning transportable radioactive articles)as specified in the Notification, under the provisions of b)above.
f)In the case of transportable radioactive articles, which are contained or packed where the radioactive materials, etc. are specified in the Notification as materials for which specific measures for protection are necessary, confirmation must be obtained from the Ministry of Transport as specified in the Notification.
In this case, the confirmation that the articles comply with the technical standards concerning transportable radioactive articles specified in the Notification under b)above, must be obtained from the Minister of Transport before loading.
(3)Any goods transported by the said aircraft for the safety of its operation, the safety of passengers inside the aircraft or for other purposes specified in the Notification (except those goods specified in the Notification).
(4)Any goods ~ch persons on board keep about, carry with or bring with them; as may be specified by Notification;
(5)Any goods transported with perrnission of the Minister of Transport, in the case that a means of transportation other than aircraft is impossible or for the transportation of the goods.
(6)Any goods transported from foreign countries to Japan or between foreign countries, with approval under the regulations of the foreign countries concerned, which regulations are recogiused appropriate by the Minister of Transport.
3. The case of having passed the inspection conducted by the Director of the Regional Transport Bureau, other designated juridical person under the provisions of Article 129-(3)paragraph 1 of the Regulations on Ship Transportation and Storage of Dangerous Cargo (Ordinance No. 30, 1957 of The Ministry of Transport), shall be regarded as having passed the inspection specified under b)of
